WOD 1

Part 1

Coaches warm up game

In Pairs with an empty barbell (20/15) complete 2 rounds of:

  • 10 Good mornings
  • 10 Back Squats
  • 10 shoulder press

In the remaining time review movements for wod 2 :

  • Deadlift
  • Clean
  • Front squat
  • Push Press*15 min cap

 

Additional Work

10 mins after class complete:

For time
21-15-9

  • Thrusters @ 60/40
  • KB Swings @ 32/24

*Goal is to finish under 6 mins scale to achieve this if needs be

 

 

 

WOD 2

For time complete:

5 rounds of:

  • 12 deadlifts @ 70/45 RX+ 80/50
  • 9 front squats @ 70/45 RX+ 80/50
  • 6 push press @ 70/45 RX+ 80/50

*Weight must be scaled so all movements are unbroken reps
*15 min cap
