WOD 1

 

Coaches warm up:

EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 8 Alt Lunges @ no weight or 30 / 20kg
  • 6 Box Over burpees

WOD 2

 

3 x 3 Min AMRAPs:

  • 5 Push ups or 5 push press @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 Down ups or 5 bar over burpees
  • 1 min rest
  • 10 Mountain climbers
  • 5 Ab-Mat Sit ups
  • 1 Min rest
  • 5 Broad jumps @ 6/4ft
  • 10 Air squats or 5 Front squats @ 60 / 40kg

*Score max reps for all 3 AMRAPs
