In pairs EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 10 kettlebell swings @ 32/24
  • 10 goblet squats @ 32/24

*1 partner completes the swings

*1 partner completes the squats

*switch movement the next minute

WOD 2

Chipper for time of:

  • 25 down and ups
  • 50 air squats
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 box jumps @ 24/20
  • 50 push press @ 40/30
  • 50 lunges
  • 25 down and ups

*15 min cap
