Mobility

3 Rounds of: 

  • 3 mins mobility
  • 5 mins of snatch work up to 50 / 30kg

* Mobility will be coached if required

* Snatch work to be speed work from the high hang into the power or squat snatch depending on your ability, last 5 mins in the low hang

WOD 2

A 9 min AMRAP of:

  • 30 Hang power snatch (low hang)
  • Run 200m
