  • 200m run
  • max push ups
  • 200m run
  • max ring rows
  • 200m run
  • max hollow hold

 

WOD 2

In 10 mins complete:

  • 4 mins of thrusters @20/15
  • 3 mins of kettlebell swings @24/20
  • 2 mins of ab mat sit ups
  • 1 min of down and ups
