  • 10 Double unders
  • 8 Wall ball shots (unbroken & on TGT)




WOD 2

5 rounds for time of:

  • 1 Clean & jerk complex (2 power cleans – 1 jerk – 1 press – 1 jerk -1 press – 1 jerk) @ 55 / 35kg

  • 25 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 2 Rope climbs
