30 secs of HS walk or hold, scale down to floor pike hold
30 secs of tempo scap pulls 2 secs pull 2 secs hold
30 secs of goblet squat hold (must squat out)
30 secs of max cal erg

4 Rounds for the time of:
12 Front rack lunges @ 70 / 45kg – 80 / 50kg
6 Ring muscle ups / 12 pull ups
24 Back squats @ 70 / 45kg – 80 / 50kg
48 Double unders / singles
