  • 2 lengths of room run
  • 10 air squats
  • 2 lengths of room run
  • 10 lunges
  • 2 lengths of room run
  • 10 Kb swings @ 24/20
    *1 work/1 rest
    * p1 does run and movement then p2 goes before moving onto next movement
