WOD 1

Mobility

For 11 mins every min on the min:

  • 6 KB Swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 70 / 50kg
  • 6 Bar over air squats
  • Scale number in order to keep making the 1 min cap. eg; 4-4-4 reps

 

WOD 2

For 12 mins every min on the min: 

  • 12 Burpees
  • In the remaining time to the minute max effort DUs
  • Your final score is the total number of DUs achieved in the 12 mins
  • Scale your burpees to ensure you make some DUs each round
