10 AB Mat sit ups
10 KB Swings

*While 1 works other hollow holds or holds glute bridges
*Alt hollow hold and glute bridge each round

WOD 2

5 Rounds for Time of:

50 Double Unders/100 Singles
15 TTB
10 Deadlifts @ 100/70 C=120/80

*16 Min CAP
*Scale deadlift weight to heavy unbroken 10 reps
