  • Overhead Squat and Hang power snatch

 

 

 

WOD 2

4 Rounds of tabata with 1 min est between movements:

  • Deadlifts @ 60 / 40kg
  • Push ups
  • Hang power cleans @ 40 / 30kg
  • Air squats

* Tabata round is 8 x 20 secs work 10 secs rest

* Your score is the least number of reps performed in set

* EG; You deadlift sets of 25, 20, 20 , 19, 19, 18, 18 & 8 reps your score for deadlifts is 8
