Coaches warm up game.

In Pairs in 10 mins you go i go of:

  • 10 box step ups @20″ with 15 /10 plate OH
  • 10 plate squats @ 15/10
  • 10 box step ups @20″ with 15 /10 plate OH
  • 10 plate deadlifts @15/10
  • 10 box step ups @20″ with 15 /10 plate OH
  • 10 plate GTOH @15/10

 

WOD 2

12 min amrap of:

  • 30 Airsquats
  • 20 kb swings @24/20

e2mo2m 3 front squats to back squats @ 70/45

*scale to 6 front sq of back sq if needed
