In pairs, E2MO2M for 12 mins complete:

6-8 Push ups

6-8 Barbell Bent over rows @ 40 / 30kg

6-8 Down ups

6-8 Wall ball cleans

*YGIG -Each person completes between 6 and 8 reps on each movement in the 2 mins, allow for 10-15 secs rest per round
