WOD 1

8 rounds for time of:

  • 100m run
  • 10 ab mat sit ups
  • 10 Kettle bell swings @ 32/24

*12 min cap

WOD 2

In 15 minutes complete:

  • 5 mins of SDHP @ 42.5/30
  • 4 min of TTB/Ab mat sit ups
  • 3 min of SDHP @ 42.5/30
  • 2 min of TTB/Ab mat sit ups
  • 1 min of SDHP @ 42.5/30

*RX+ 60/42.5
*Scale to a weight that you can achieve 20 SDHP while fresh
