  • 10 Alt Jump lunges
  • 1 Length Broad Jumps
  • 10 Plate ground to Overhead

EMOM for 10 mins:

  • odd min 6 box over burps
  • even min 100m Sprint

  • 24 Air Squats
  • 12 Bar Push Ups
