Coaches Warm Up

In pairs, in 12 mins, 3 rounds Tabata:

  • Plate Front Squat @ 20 / 15kg
  • Plate Ground To Overhead @ 20 / 15kg
  • Down & Ups

  • 40 Ab Mat Sit Ups
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Jumping Squat Jumps
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 200m Run
