Coaches warm up game.

In pairs in 10 mins amrap of:

  • 20 air squats to a wall ball
  • 10 wall ball pass
  • 10 sprawlers (5 each) 4ft
  • 10 wall ball pass with a burpee

  • 100m run
  • 21 push press @ 50/35
  • 9 snatch grip deadlifts/normal deadlifts @ 50/35
  • 100m run
  • 15 push press @ 50/35
  • 15 snatch grip deadlifts/normal deadlifts @ 50/35
