CrossFit Gymnastics runs every other week on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. It concentrates on improving technique and efficiency in CrossFit gymnastic movements. The class focuses on a movement and how it can be used to improve strength, technique or flexibility for a member. At the end of each class a conditioning circuit and movement specific stretches are performed to increase members potential to learning new skills.
