A CrossFit Class is constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The classes are one hour in duration and include a group warm up with a focus on the Workouts of the Day. The WODs are posted every evening in preparation for the following day, and can be found on the website. A link is also shared on our Facebook page. The classes are led by fully qualified instructors who will coach you during the WOD. WODs can be scaled and modified to suit your level of fitness, this ensures you can perform at the highest intensity whilst being able to sustain good form and technique. We encourage members to record their progress so their levels of fitness can be tracked and advice on further development can be offered.
