Erg, short for ergometer, refers to an apparatus which measures work or energy expended during a period of physical exercise. In this class, we build endurance through simple sessions performed using rowers, ski-ergs and bikes. Each class will consist of a session specific warm-up and/or technique drills, followed by intervals or a single longer duration piece. We work hard and reap the rewards. Like all of our classes, this is accessible for all members.
