Gymnastics

The gymnastics class looks to develop skill, strength and muscular endurance through both traditional and Crossfit specific movements. It’s about reconnecting with your body, having fun and learning some cool movements. Each class consists of a fun warm-up (think cartwheels & forward rolls!), a skill element and a strength/endurance section. Like all of our classes, this is accessible for all members.
