Complete 5 rounds of the following:

  • 1 round of Cindy
  • Ski 100m (best effort, aim for sub 20 / 25)


5 rounds for the time:

  • 25 Air Squats

  • 40 Stick jumps @ loaded barbell height plus a 20kg plate underneath(2 footed take off, 2 footed landing) no prancing!
  • 9 Pull ups

The stick jump: With a barbell set at normal loaded Oly plate height . Have the barbell set down on a flat 20kg plate at each end to give you the height required for the stick jump. Stand side ways to the bar center and cleanly jump over the bar with a 2 footed take off, land on 2 feet then repeat. 1 jump = 1 rep.
