Mobility
In 20 min in pair complete:
- 5 x Pwr cleans
- 5 x burpees
- You do 5 PC your partner does 5, you do 5 burpees your partner does 5 for 5 rnds. Then add a small increment to the weight and repeat, add another increment and repeat the 3rd round

WOD 2
For 8 mins increment:
- Strict press @ a weight you can continue to STRICT press for the WOD + 1
- Pull up + 1
- Double unders + 2
