  • 6 Overhead Squats @ 42.5kg/ 32.5kg
  • 25 Ab Mat sit ups
  • 3 Burpee squat clean thruster @ 42.5kg/ 32.5kg
  • 5 Toes 2 Bar

The Burpee Squat clean thruster explained;

Stand over the bar as if getting ready to deadlift or clean

squat and drop the hands to the bar in a clean grip, shoot the legs out into the press up position, press up on the bar, at the top of the press up squat the legs back in and conduct a squat clean thruster
