Our Large Group Classes give you access to CrossFit, Endurance, and Barbell sessions with up to 16 people, creating a high-energy, motivating environment that keeps you inspired and engaged.

CROSSFIT BEGINNER’S COURSE

No experience is needed—our 4-Week CrossFit Beginners Course is open to all abilities and designed to help you feel confident stepping into your first class.
Led by fully qualified, expert coaches, you’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a supportive, small-group environment. We’ll break down the essential lifts and movements step by step, so you can master proper technique and train safely and effectively.
What to expect:
Each session will focus on 3–4 core lifts or skills, followed by a beginner-friendly CrossFit workout where you can apply what you’ve learned. Warm-ups include fun team games to help you settle in and connect with others.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to join our regular classes and keep progressing on your fitness journey.
1-2-1 COACHING
1-Off session or Monthly Memberships available
Our 1-2-1 Coaching gives you fully personalised training built around your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you want to master the fundamentals, prepare for CrossFit or Hyrox, build strength, or simply feel fitter and healthier, every session is tailored to you.
With undivided attention from your coach, you’ll refine your technique, improve safely, and progress faster than ever. We’ll provide the structure, accountability, and expert guidance you need—so all you have to do is show up and put in the work.
This is the most direct way to achieve results, with a clear plan designed for you and ongoing support to keep you motivated and on track.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is all about building confidence, coordination, and fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Our expert coaches will teach proper movement through games, skills, and workouts designed specifically for young athletes.
It’s a great way for kids to develop strength, agility, and teamwork—while building healthy habits that last a lifetime.
CrossFit 60+
Our CrossFit 60+ sessions are designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and independent at every stage of life. With a focus on safe, low-impact movements and expert coaching, you’ll improve balance, flexibility, and overall fitness in a welcoming community.
